About the Role

This senior, hands on position is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys building robust systems from the ground up, and is excited to lead infrastructure strategy in a high impact SaaS organisation.


As Infrastructure & DevOps Lead, you will:

  • Own the design, deployment, and management of cloud infrastructure (AWS).
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
  • Implement scalable, secure infrastructure using cloud-native services.
  • Manage security and compliance frameworks (data protection, monitoring, identity).
  • Lead AI automation initiatives for predictive scaling and anomaly detection.
  • Integrate data analytics pipelines for monitoring, insights, and system optimisation.
  • Drive observability practices: logging, monitoring, alerting.
  • Manage internal IT operations (networking, device/identity management, security).
  • Mentor engineers, fostering a culture of automation and DevOps best practice.



Key Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Site Reliability, or AppSec.
  • Cloud: AWS (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, CloudFormation, etc).
  • Security & Networking: CloudFlare, VPC, IAM, encryption, firewalls.
  • DevOps: GitHub Actions, Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation).
  • IT Infrastructure: device management, SSO/Auth0, MDM.
  • Data & AI: log aggregation, monitoring dashboards (e.g. DataDog), predictive analytics.
  • Proven ability to manage cloud-native SaaS infrastructure at scale.
  • Strong background in compliance (ISO, HIPAA, SOC2 preferred).
  • Strategic leader who remains hands-on when needed.
  • Startup mindset: adaptable, resourceful, excited to build.
