Accountabilities
- Design and maintain visual assets across digital and print formats, ensuring brand consistency and evolution
- Create graphics for email campaigns, social media, paid media, websites, presentations, and events
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, white papers, case studies, slide decks, and infographics
- Collaborate with content, demand generation, and digital teams to translate concepts into engaging visuals
- Work with web developers to improve UX/UI design, landing pages, banners, and A/B testing assets
- Interpret briefs and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visual communications
- Incorporate accessibility, SEO, and CRO best practices into all design work
- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices
- Experience working with brand guidelines and evolving brand systems
- Knowledge of video editing, animation, and motion graphics
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress)
- Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically, take ownership, and work independently in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Competitive salary: $25,000—$30,000 USD
