Demonstrable experience with Agile methodology/Scrum

Demonstrable experience with Azure Devops

Demonstrable experience with a helpdesk tool (e.g. Jira)

Demonstrable experience as a functional analyst with large business-critical applications (5 Years-Good to have)

Demonstrable experience in implementing an application(5 Years-Good to have)

Demonstrable experience in arranging/coordinating test-related activities (preparation/execution/follow-up)(5 Years-Good to have)

Demonstrable experience in developing and estimating the impact of functional analyses(5 Years-Good to have)

Demonstrable experience with change management within digital transitions(5 Years-Good to have)

Experience with preparing functional analyses within a NET-based architecture(5 Years-Good to have)

Demonstrable experience in projects within the Flemish government, preferably within departments, and with interactions with agencies and cabinets

Demonstrable experience with public finances and with actors in the budget cycle

Demonstrable communication skills and experience with teamwork and project-oriented work

Demonstrable experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure projects or development projects

Demonstrable experience with terminology, organization, roles and processes of the PM methodology (e.g. Prince2, PMBok, etc.)

Capacity to oversee multiple individual projects and to manage and optimize the substantive connections between the various projects

Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a business economics background or equivalent through experience

• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2
