Senior Software Engineer (Python/AI)

Barden is partnering with a global healthcare company in their search for a Senior Software Engineer. This 1-year FTC offers an excellent opportunity to join an innovative team building enterprise-grade applications, with the added chance to gain exposure to Generative AI projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Take applications end-to-end: design, build, test, deploy, and monitor in production.
• Implement DevOps best practices with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and secure, scalable architectures.
• Collaborate in an agile team to deliver robust, high-impact solutions.

ABOUT YOU

• 5-8 years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in Python
• DevOps experience with deployment using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, and Pydantic
• Skilled in automated testing (unit tests, mocking, coverage)
• API development and integration experience
• Cloud platform experience, preferably Azure (AWS also considered)
• Ideally, some exposure to AI or emerging technologies (GenAI, LLMs, Azure AI)
• Excellent communicator, able to translate technical concepts into business requirements

Other Details

• 1-year FTC contract with strong salary on offer.
• Office visits 1-2 days per month.
