Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Developer with strong expertise in MarkLogic NoSQL, data modeling, and data integration. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of IT experience, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions using MarkLogic NoSQL and related technologies.
• Work with XQuery, XSLT, XML, JavaScript, XSS to deliver scalable applications.
• Develop applications in Java and Node.js.
• Use DevOps tools (GitLab, JFrog, Terraform, Helm) for CI/CD and automation.
• Lead workshops, translating business needs into IT requirements.
• Collaborate with IT System Architects, IT teams, and business stakeholders on risks and guidelines.
• Propose and drive execution of solutions for structural IT challenges.
• Contribute to roadmap planning (short- and long-term) in line with the overall IT strategy.

Essential Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong expertise in MarkLogic NoSQL (multi-model, data modeling, integration).
• Proficiency with XQuery, XML, XSLT, XSS, JavaScript.
• Solid experience in Java and Node.js development.
• Hands-on with GitLab, JFrog, Terraform, Helm.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent planning, coordination, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in teams and lead technical discussions/workshops.
