We are looking for a Country HR Project Manager to join our HR team in Switzerland. In this role, you will lead and support a variety of strategic HR initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful projects that shape the employee experience, enhance operational efficiency, and support our transformation journey. You will be expected to manage projects independently, while collaborating closely with the Country HR Director and other team members. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for project-related communications across all sites.

You will be expected to manage projects independently, while collaborating closely with the Country HR Director and other team members. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for project-related communications across all sites.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Leading HR Compliance Projects across various global and local functions such as Global Mobility, Migration and Corporate Tax.
- Leading working conditions harmonization projects across the legal entities.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Communications to support HR initiatives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external benefit service providers.
- Ensuring alignment between global HR processes and local Swiss practices.
- Leading the planning and execution of recurring HR events in Switzerland.
- Gathering and analyzing stakeholder feedback to support data-driven decisions by the Country HR Director.
- Proven experience in HR project management, ideally in a multinational environment
- Project Management certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is a strong asset
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits or similar HR domains is preferred and HR Operations
- Ability to conduct independent research, assess current processes, and propose solutions
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Knowledge of Swiss labor law is a plus
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and resourceful mindset
