Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning, execution and evaluation of global Phase I–IV clinical studies (GCP)
* Manage cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver trials on time and on budget
* Oversee protocols, study reports, regulatory submissions and publications
* Monitor data quality, safety committees, vendors and study budgets
* Represent Clinical Research in meetings with regulators and at scientific events
* Stay current with literature and best practices in clinical development
About You
- Advanced scientific/medical degree (PhD, MD or equivalent)
- 8–13+ years’ clinical research experience (pharma/biotech), including project management of global trials
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical trial processes; experience in specialised therapy areas is an advantage
- Experience managing CROs and vendors
- Fluent in English (other European language a plus)
- Willing to travel up to 20%
