We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Project Manager (m/f/d) to lead customer-focused automation projects as well as internal development initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with clients and requires a strong interest in technical solutions across various domains. The ideal candidate should also bring solid professional and project experience, along with excellent attention to detail. Strong communication skills in English are essential, German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing technical customer projects
• Responsibility for deadlines, costs, and quality
• Planning and optimizing the required resources
• Close cooperation with customers (telephone coordination, personal meetings, approvals)
• Close cooperation with all internal departments
• Support in the new and further development of Chemspeed products for the automation of research and development in a team of highly qualified specialists
  
  

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Automation Technology
• Experienced in professional project management
• Interest in solving technical problems in collaboration with customers
• Confident, accountable and hands-on mentality
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
