We are now seeking a General Partner to join our leadership team and help drive strategic investments, portfolio growth, and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead investment strategy, fundraising, and capital deployment across core focus areas including AI, Blockchain, Web3, FinTech, Sustainability, and Impact-driven businesses.
• Build and manage relationships with LPs, institutional investors, family offices, and HNIs.
• Oversee deal sourcing, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and portfolio management.
• Provide strategic guidance and operational support to portfolio companies.
• Represent Giakaa Capital at global forums, conferences, and industry events.
• Drive thought leadership and ecosystem partnerships to strengthen Giakaa Capital’s positioning.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to expand global presence and investor networks.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Partner, Managing Partner, or Senior VC/PE professional.
• Strong track record in fundraising, capital deployment, and portfolio exits.
• Deep understanding of venture capital, private equity, and investment structures.
• Domain expertise in Web3, AI, FinTech, Sustainability, or related emerging sectors
• Strong network with LPs, institutional investors, and founders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and deal-making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, global, and fast-paced environment.
