About the Role
We are seeking an AI Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience to design, integrate, and optimize AI copilots and contact center solutions. This role combines technical expertise with business understanding to deliver seamless AI-driven experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with contact center leaders to understand business needs and design AI copilot solutions.
- Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for low-code or API-based integrations.
- Configure and integrate CRMs, telephony systems, and case management tools.
- Provide prompt engineering support to improve AI responses and customer interactions.
- Deliver demos, workshops, and training for stakeholders and end-users.
- Stay updated on the latest Generative AI and contact center technologies to drive innovation.
- Monitor solution performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams, operations, and client stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, solutions consulting, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with low-code platforms, API integrations, and CRM/telephony systems.
- Knowledge of Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django preferred).
- Experience with Generative AI, chatbots, or prompt engineering.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage projects, work with multiple stakeholders, and adapt quickly to new technologies.
Only candidates with 5 or more years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence will be considered.
