We are looking for an experienced Network Engineer. 

This role demands the engineer to provide advanced network support as well as assisting in the implementation of new infrastructure & systems.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Configure and install Routers, Firewalls, VPN Concentrators and Security appliances (Cisco, Aruba, PaloAlto Networks);
• Install and configure switching environments & wireless networking;
• Knowledge about Data Center networking;
• Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services;
• Knowledge for DNS, Security, IP Routing, HTTP, VPN, Email Routing, SPAM, etc.;
• Maintain network security through proper configuration of VPN and Firewalls;
• Responding to inquiries from Sales, Technical and outside vendors to provide technical assistance and support;
• Troubleshooting malfunctions of network hardware and software applications and security systems.

Experience & Qualifications Required:

• Previous experience in IT - Networking area is a plus;
• Current CCNA certification or similar;
• Technical, analytical and interpersonal skills required;
• Good knowledge of network communications, network architectures, TCP/IP suite protocols, network management platforms;
• Ability to communicate in an clear polite and friendly manner;
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking ability;
• Experience in responding customer requests for installation, maintenance and repair of equipment malfunctions OSI model, especially the first four layers;
• TCP/IP stack and other commonly used protocols (ICMP, GRE, etc.);
• Commonly used routing protocols (OSPF and BGP);
• Standard VPN protocols (IPSec, OVPN, L2TP, SSL VPN, etc.);
• Deployment and configuration of the appliances on time, based on project requirements;
• Maintenance and providing SLA for all types of environments.
