Summary

A new position has opened up for an experienced Security & Compliance Manager to lead a global cybersecurity and compliance program across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. This is a senior role where you’ll set the vision, drive security-by-design practices, and build a culture of trust and resilience across digital products and services.

The role is being offered as hybrid working from the client’s Rotterdam office.

The Role

As the Security and Compliance Manager you will be leading the global cybersecurity program for a fast-growing solutions company. It will be a mission-critical role within the business where you will managing certifications, help guiding a multi-disciplinary team of security professionals, and set roadmaps. Excellent leadership, communication and strategy skills are required.

Your duties will include:

• Define and execute global security and compliance strategies
• Shape secure development and DevSecOps practices
• Safeguard multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Manage incident response and security operations
• Oversee certifications (ISO 27001, SOC 2) and regulatory compliance
• Engage directly with clients, auditors and stakeholders
• Inspire and mentor a global team of security professionals

Requirements

• Previous senior level experience within Cyber and IT Security
• Proven success in achieving compliance certifications
• Auditor Certifications
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, cloud security credentials
