You will work at the intersection of engineering, operations, product, and leadership; navigating technical, regulatory, and operational challenges while driving the rollout of SeaPattern’s renewable energy solutions in Sweden and internationally.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery: Own the planning, execution, and delivery of R&D and technical initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Strategic planning: Develop detailed project roadmaps including budgets, timelines, resource allocation, and key deliverables, aligned with company objectives.
- Risk and compliance oversight: Identify project risks, dependencies, and regulatory considerations, ensuring mitigation plans are in place.
- Stakeholder leadership: Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, external partners, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
- Performance tracking: Establish clear reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and documentation to maintain transparency and accountability.
- Continuous improvement: Drive process optimization, standardization, and best practices across the project management function.
- Team enablement: Foster effective, inclusive communication and collaboration across diverse teams, ensuring alignment and shared ownership.
Required Qualifications – Experience in Managing Technical Projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years’ proven experience leading complex, multidisciplinary technical or engineering projects end-to-end, ideally in renewable energy, infrastructure, or clean tech.
- Demonstrated success delivering projects to scope, budget, and schedule in fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills: a relationship builder who can communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Track record of cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, product, and external partners.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, permitting, and risk management within energy or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
- Proficiency with modern project management tools; PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for sustainable innovation.
