Role Description

We're looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join our team at CommVoice.ai. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems that power our AI voice platform. Day-to-day tasks include building scalable APIs, ensuring seamless integrations with third-party systems (VoIP, CRMs, SMS/email), optimizing application performance, and collaborating with front-end developers and AI engineers. You will contribute to architecture decisions, improve existing codebases, and ensure high availability and security standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years PHP development.
• Strong experience in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Proficiency in PHP with frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony
• Experience in API development and system integrations (e.g., VoIP, CRM, SaaS platforms)
• Familiarity with databases (MySQL, ClickHouse, PostgreSQL) and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of front-end collaboration and modern software development workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance in handling communications data
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
