Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain core Go libraries, packages, and tools for large-scale systems
  • Guide teams on best practices, performance, security, and compliance in Go development
  • Improve build and deployment pipelines in collaboration with platform engineers
  • Perform profiling, optimization, and library patching to ensure reliability and efficiency
  • Introduce new tools and approaches to boost developer productivity

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software development
  • Strong expertise in Go
  • Hands-on experience building large-scale software with Bazel
  • Proven experience writing and patching library code
  • Knowledge of C/C++

Nice to Have

  • Experience with profiling, performance optimization, and operating system internals

Work Schedule

  • EMEA business hours, with occasional evening meetings to align with US colleagues
