Responsibilities
- Setting pricing strategy of Apaz Group brands and products analysing pricing of competitors, coordinating actions with other departments of the company and finalising the price changes.
- Managing product pricing, new product developement and campaigns on all channels in line with the analysis of present and potential customers’ demands.
- Reaching objectives by analysing profit and loss data for all channels, products and campaigns
- Managing P&L and margin enhancement with strong financial acumen.
- Managing all meetings and relations in colloborating with other brands for enhancement of business to meet the company objectives.
- Making research on sectoral trends, changing customer behaviors, new product developments, changing markets and competitors’ approaches.
- Leading new product development processes in the group.
- Making site visits to identify the needs of our branches.
- Setting up strateging cooperations with other departments and especially with operations department to respond the requests.
- Coaching and directing his/her team to realise monthly and annual profit targets
- Managing annual income budget and repoting to Marketing Director.
Qualifications
- University graduate, preferably economy, business administration or engineering faculties
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail or FMCG sector, preferaby in food retail,
- Ability to lead and influence cross functional teams
- Having a good communication skills, strong analytical ability, creative, inovative and result oriented
- Having organization, planning, follow through and strong reporting skills
- Advance proficiency in data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Available for business travel
- For male candidates, completed military service
- Currently living in İzmir or open to relocation
