ECZACIBAŞI SİGORTA
Eczacıbaşı Insurance Agency (ESİ) is the inhouse insurance intermediary company of Eczacıbaşı Group. It started operating in 1986 as a division of Eczacıbaşı Dasa Distribution and Sales Inc. with the aim of conducting insurance transactions of Eczacıbaşı Group. It became a separate company in 1990. ESİ is responsible of providing optimum insurance coverage and insurance consulting services to the group companies and to the group employees. It has a division which provides same services to the external clients as well.
What do we expect from our new team member?
- Managing all transactions related to the group’s elementary and health/life insurance policies, whether the transactions are on the insured party side or on the insurance company side
- Handling placement processes for group insurances, especially property/business interruption and health policies
- Providing insurance consultancy services to group companies
- Managing relations between Eczacıbaşı Insurance Agency (ESİ) and group companies
- Managing relations between Eczacıbaşı Insurance Agency and insurance companies
- Managing relations between Eczacıbaşı Insurance Agency and reinsurance brokers
- Managing the Corporate Insurance team (6 people) within ESİ.
What kind of team member are we looking for?
- Has at least 13 years of experience in the insurance sector,
- Preferably has worked in corporate insurance intermediaries (broker or corporate agency) or in departments of insurance companies which are in direct contact with corporate intermediaries,
- Has existing relationships with major insurance companies,
- Has experience in providing client services to insureds, (insurance sector experience should not be limited to underwriting or to other technical responsibilities)
- Has experience in team management,
- Has a good command of English,
- Has completed a four-year undergraduate degree,
- Has the Insurance Technical Personnel Certificate (SEGEM),
- Be knowledgeable in all insurance lines, especially in elementary lines,
- Resides in Istanbul.
