QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in UI and/or UX design, ideally within digital projects.
- Experience in digital product design for the finance and banking sector is a plus.
- Strong expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants) and proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Prototyping or similar.
- A deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, including Design Thinking and the Double Diamond framework.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
- Experience with user research, usability testing and A/B testing is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions across mobile and web projects.
- Experience in creating and managing UI patterns, design systems, and component libraries.
- Ability to design with an understanding of HTML and CSS, and to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Collaborative mindset, open to feedback, iteration, and agile ways of working.
- Passionate about UX/UI trends, market developments, and continuous learning.
- Highly job follow-up and results oriented,
- Ability to work and manage multiple projects simultaneously,
- Strong communicator, talented in establishing with stakeholders and compatible with teamwork,
- Has experience in Agile frameworks.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal units, technology teams, subsidiaries and 3rd Parties) to understand user needs and translate them into engaging design solutions.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes to effectively illustrate design concepts.
- Design intuitive, consistent, and visually compelling interfaces for mobile and web platforms.
- Lead or contribute to discovery workshops to define priorities and concept frameworks aligned with user needs and business objectives.
- Provide UX consultancy support to the sales team, helping craft strategies and presentation materials for potential products.
- Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and discovery findings to inform design decisions.
- Ensure design consistency by contributing to design systems, UI patterns, and guidelines.
- Work closely with product, analisys and development teams to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional interfaces.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and market practices, and bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Take responsibility for team performance, project coordination, and overall design quality.
