As we continue to grow our portfolio of companies, we are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to support recruitment and HR operations for both Akif Capital and its group companies.

Role Overview

The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing the end-to-end hiring process across Akif Capital companies. This includes recruitment planning, candidate selection, onboarding, and ongoing HR support. You will also oversee HR documentation, compliance with labor law, and contribute to building strong, motivated teams within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and hiring decisions.Support hiring managers in defining job requirements and selection criteria.Ensure smooth onboarding processes for new employees across Akif Capital companies.Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR systems.Provide day-to-day HR support, including payroll preparation and benefits administration.Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and internal HR policies.Coordinate training, performance reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR matters.Requirements

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition (experience in international companies is a plus).Solid knowledge of Polish labor law and HR best practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Fluent in Polish and English (Turkish is a plus but not required).Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and work independently.What We Offer
