Roles and Responsibilities:
People Operations
- Supporting new joiners with onboarding documentation, equipment & access
- Tracking employee attendance and preparing monthly payroll inputs
- Coordinating travel needs for new hires and internal employees
- Assisting with exit processes and recordkeeping
Facility Management
- Ensuring the office is well-stocked, tidy, and functional (pantry, stationery, etc.)
- Managing office utilities, minor repairs, and basic upkeep
- Supporting engagement activities and small team events
- Handling petty cash and small office expenses
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Liaising with vendors for purchases and payments
- Finding cost-effective solutions for admin needs
- Tracking vendor invoices and coordinating timely payments
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and service providers
Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations, admin, or office support
- Fluent in English & Turkish
- Organized, proactive, and a great multitasker
- Comfortable with Excel & basic reports
- Someone who enjoys being the go-to person that helps everything run smoothly
