Who You Are


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of information technologies (systems, networks, cloud, etc.) and corporate customer experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Results- and solution-oriented, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • A motivated team player who thrives in an agile, results-driven environment


What Will You Do


  • Manage transition activities to stabilize services by coordinating with relevant units, adhering to project methodology principles, and ensuring delivery within planned cost, quality, and time constraints
  • Act as the company’s primary point of contact with customers and stakeholders during both the transition period and routine service management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to monitor and address their needs and expectations
  • Monitor and enhance customers’ use of our products and services
  • Identify opportunities to add value to customers’ business success, analyze new product and service requirements, and oversee related procurement processes
  • Take ownership of and resolve customer-related technical and administrative issues concerning Eclit services
  • Conduct monthly meetings with customers and present SLA reports
  • Prepare service management manuals, technical/administrative documentation, quality/process documents, business impact analyses, and disaster recovery/business continuity plans in coordination with internal and external teams
  • Monitor and report on contractual performance criteria
  • Analyze service risks and provide reports to senior management
  • Manage invoicing and reconciliation processes
  • Oversee contract renewal processes
