Title: Snr Director, Software Development

Brief Overview:

An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a great enterprise client who are looking for a Software Development Snr Director to join their team due to mass investment in software development.

To be successful candidates will need to demonstrate their ability to: communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders; be capable of challenging constructively and effectively; build excellent relationships internally and externally; be credible, professional, assertive and able to earn the respect and trust of team members at all levels; be highly organised; and have driven, determination and passion to succeed.

Snr Director, Software Development - Requirements:

• At least 8+ years in managing Software Development teams
• Ability to own the full development lifecycle from A to Z
• Have experience in scaling teams from 0 to 50+
• Retail experience would be beneficial, but not critical
• Previous exposure to working for a large organization
• Excellent stakeholder management
• They’re currently using both JavaScript & PHP, however mass exposure to technologies would be extremely advantageous
