Graphics Technology Intern

We are looking for someone to join our team as an intern to help investigate new GPU technologies across graphics, compute, and machine learning, and how these apply to Arm GPUs and Arm-based systems.

Early stage prototyping can require a diverse set of abilities and so the role favors applicants with a broad knowledge of GPUs, compute, and software development skills. Development is typically done collaboratively in small groups that help define direction, share ideas, and develop prototypes.

This internship begins in June 2026 for approximately 10 weeks.

In the beginning of 2026 we are moving to Teknostallen to brand-new premises to provide our people with a modern and flexible work environment in a vibrant area known for innovation, research, and technology.

What you could be doing as an Intern?

The Key Responsibilities Include

• Analyzing features and improvements in mobile graphics on Mali to quantify their impact
• Prototyping new features and enhancements
• Assessing implications for hardware design
• Evaluating effects on software architecture
  
  

We are looking for individuals who:

Are currently enrolled and studying towards a degree with the below skills (Bachelors, Masters or PHD students welcome).

• Hands-on experience using one or more of Vulkan, DirectX, or Metal APIs.
• Understanding of modern GPUs and use-cases.
• C++ development experience and knowledge of common development tools (e.g. version control systems).
• Self-motivated and driven, and the ability to work as part of a team and to network across teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of distilling and engaging a wide range of audiences in discussion on complex technical subjects.
