Redington Dubai is looking for an experienced Engineering Lead to drive its Managed Security Services (MSSP) practice. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who has spent over a decade in cybersecurity and is now ready to take charge of shaping, scaling, and securing enterprise environments.

📌 Role Overview

The Lead Engineer will spearhead the design, development, and implementation of security solutions across cloud, network, and SOAR domains. The role demands not only technical depth but also the ability to mentor teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and define best practices for managed security operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the MSSP engineering team to deliver high-quality services
• Architect security solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP with compliance to ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, GDPR
• Oversee network security architecture, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, zero trust initiatives, and threat modeling
• Drive automation using SOAR platforms such as Splunk SOAR, Palo Alto XSOAR, and IBM Resilient
• Collaborate closely with SOC, Threat Intel, and Incident Response teams to strengthen detection and response
• Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents while producing executive-level reports and technical documentation

What We Are Looking For

• 10+ years in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in technical leadership
• Proven expertise in cloud security, network defense, SOAR, and automation
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CEH, GIAC, PCSAE, or cloud security certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
