The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

• Design AI-first systems & services: Architect and implement Python-based services for ML/AI models, ensuring reliability, scalability, and seamless integration into Huspy’s platform.
• Enable market insights: Build pipelines to process large-scale market data.
• Power recommendations & retrieval engines: Develop retrieval systems (vector databases, embeddings) to recommend the best property matches for customers—including use cases like processing and interpreting voice notes.
• Lead qualification & productivity tools: Work on AI-powered lead qualification systems (e.g., automated AI calls) to enhance agent productivity.
• Operationalize ML/AI: Build infrastructure for training, deploying, monitoring, and scaling models in production (batch & real-time).
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver AI solutions aligned with Huspy’s business goals.
  
  

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

• Strong experience coding in Python (backend/data/ML/AI systems).
• Proven track record in AI infrastructure & cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience building production ML/AI systems with modern frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
• Understanding of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalents) and orchestration tools.
• Experience with data processing frameworks & pipelines (Airflow, Prefect, Spark, etc.).
• Knowledge of vector databases & retrieval systems (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).
• Strong background in system design & architecture for high-scale AI services.

• Experience with speech-to-text, NLP, and voice AI for customer interaction.
• Exposure to real estate, fintech, or proptech domains.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML frameworks.
