At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), we’re committed to safeguarding the data that powers our business and protects our people, partners, and consumers. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Data Security Lead to drive our enterprise-wide data protection strategy.

What You’ll Be a Part Of

As our Data Security Lead, you’ll:

  • Define and implement CCEP’s Data Security strategy, aligned with our BPT vision and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead the Data Security function, overseeing its development, maturity, and daily operations.
  • Champion modern data protection technologies across infrastructure, cloud, and SaaS environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Privacy, Legal, Risk, IT, and Data Engineering to align on shared goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data security controls to enable secure business innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute a robust Data Security roadmap covering classification, discovery, encryption, and loss prevention.
  • Lead the deployment and evolution of enterprise DLP and DSPM solutions.
  • Oversee risk assessments and incident response for data-related security events.
  • Own and maintain data protection policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Deliver executive-level reporting on data risk, compliance, and program maturity.
  • Manage vendor relationships and optimize service delivery across territories.
  • Develop and mentor a high-performing Data Security team.
  • Foster a data-aware culture through awareness campaigns and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in cybersecurity or data protection, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s preferred).
  • Expertise in data security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001/27701).
  • Certifications such as CISM, CIPT, CDPSE, or CISSP are a plus.
  • Experience with DSPM, DLP, and encryption technologies.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and risk management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native security controls and data protection APIs.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
