The Senior Manager, Data and Technology manage, administer and guide the day-to-day operations of technology and data functions of the Organization. The role spans IT operations, enterprise systems, infrastructure, data management, cybersecurity coordination, and delivery of key technology-related projects. The Senior Manager will lead a small internal IT team while effectively managing and integrating the services of external providers.

This position requires a leader who can combine hands-on technical competence with strategic foresight. The Senior Manager will not only ensure stable, secure, and cost-effective operations but will also actively identify and implement technology and data solutions that enable the business, improve efficiency, and support future growth. The role demands the ability to translate operational needs into technology initiatives, anticipate emerging requirements, and build a capable, service-oriented technology function that is aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.

Experiences:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, data management, analytics, or related fields, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Demonstrated success in leading technology-enabled business transformation projects.
• Experience in implementing and managing enterprise applications, data platforms, and digital solutions.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering high-impact projects within time and budget.
• Experience working in hybrid governance structures, coordinating between entity-level execution and group-level standards.
• Familiarity with government or large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable.
