The Role

As Vice President of Data, you’ll spearhead the company’s data strategy, leading the development and execution of data-driven initiatives to accelerate growth and innovation. This is a critical leadership role, where you’ll build and manage a high-performing data team, oversee the data infrastructure, and ensure data insights drive product development, customer acquisition, and business success. You’ll work closely with the Product, Engineering, and Growth teams to align data strategies with the company’s vision of scaling across the UAE and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy to support product-led growth and business objectives.
• Building and leading a data team, including data scientists, analysts, and engineers, to deliver actionable insights.
• Overseeing the design and maintenance of a robust data infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and accuracy.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into product development, marketing, and customer success initiatives.
• Driving advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI initiatives to enhance product capabilities and customer experiences.

Your Profile

• 8-10+ years of experience in data leadership roles within B2B SaaS or technology-driven companies, with a proven track record of driving business impact through data.
• Multiple years experience in managing and mentoring high-performing data teams.
• Expertise in data architecture, analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, or similar), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python, or R, with hands-on experience in machine learning frameworks and big data technologies.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex data insights into strategic business recommendations.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a deep understanding of the UAE and GCC business landscape.

Salary & Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary of up to 90,000 AED per month, plus performance-based incentives. Additional benefits, such as housing, transport, or other allowances, may be provided based on candidate profile, ensuring a comprehensive and attractive package.
