Job Title: MERN Fullstack Developer

Contract: 1+ Year contract

Job Location: Toronto, ON CAN (3 days/ week)

Working Hours: 40hours/Week

Experience: 5+ years min expectation

Rate: $50/hr. on INC + HST

Role Overview:

We're looking for a skilled MERN Fullstack Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full stack, integrating APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Fullstack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA teams.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and deployment cycles.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js.
• Experience with MongoDB and Express.js.
• Familiarity with API integration, JWT/Auth, and state management (Redux or Context API).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.js.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Prior experience in hybrid or client-facing roles.
