Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Location: Singapore (Headquarters)

Our mission is to empower financial institutions and enterprises with innovative solutions in AML, KYC, KYB，transaction monitoring, and risk management. We are scaling globally and seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology, AI innovation, and engineering excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership & Strategy
- Define and drive the company’s technology vision, roadmap, and architecture aligned with business and regulatory needs.
- Champion the adoption of AI and automation across products and operations.
- Partner with the CEO, COO and CRO, and executive team to shape long-term strategy and innovation.
Product & Engineering
- Lead end-to-end product development cycles, ensuring scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee architecture for anAPI-first platform serving clients worldwide.
- Build and inspire a world-class engineering team
Risk, Security & Compliance
- Ensure platforms meet stringent security, privacy, and regulatory standards (MAS, HKMA, etc.).
- Work closely with compliance and legal teams to anticipate regulatory shifts and adapt technology.
External Engagement
- Act as the company’s technology ambassador to clients, regulators, partners, and investors.
- Represent the company at global forums and industry conferences.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including Big Tech or top global product company exposure.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in AI, big data, distributed systems, and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Deep understanding of financial regulations and RegTech/FinTech ecosystems.
- Proven track record in scaling enterprise SaaS platforms globally.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire cross-border engineering teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including with regulators and financial institutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Passion for AI-first innovation, with hands-on experience applying AI in compliance, risk, or financial services.
- Prior experience in start-up/scale-up environments.
- Hands-on technical background earlier in career.
