Purpose:
Based in Singapore, this role supports Club Med Southeast & Pacific growth objective of developing the right Club Med resorts, in the right location, with the right partner. Achievement will be through (a) maintaining robust due diligence, feasibility and deal approval processes, (b) working with the development team focused on effective market planning, strategic opportunity assessment and accurate quantification of forecast performance, and (c) providing development insight and alignment for commercial and operational exercises.
Responsibilities:
Key Accountabilities
- Utilize internal and external data sources, including industry and non-industry strategy consultants, to develop a comprehensive knowledge base for us in deal evaluations and strategic market planning exercises
- Work with developers to put together effective proposals and responses to RFP and deal pitching.
Key Skills & Experiences
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Advanced understanding of EXCEL
- Ability to build consensus across a broad range of stakeholders including Development, Finance, Operations, Commercial and Legal
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Hospitality / Real Estate / Consulting / Financial services / Entrepreneurship
- Appetite to learn on Hotel Investment Industry
- Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong Entrepreneurial Spirit, Ability to network internally and externally, Enthusiasm and Autonomy
