Overview
Microsoft 365 is looking for a candidate to join our compliance team as a Senior Product Manager in Threat and Vulnerability Management.
M365 has the broadest customer base in the world, from school children to business information and your work will have a direct impact on the trust and security of those customers. When you want to make an impact across the globe this is one of the few teams that will allow you that opportunity.
We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated experience supporting vulnerability management and compliance. Our purpose is to report M365’s vulnerability management posture at scale to Microsoft’s auditors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
In addition, continuous improvement is a way of life at Microsoft, and we are looking for like-minded individuals who are focused on improving every aspect of the security and vulnerability compliance lifecycle.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting vulnerability management scanning, reporting and remediation.
- Experience in compliance support.
- Familiarity with PCI and/or ISO.
- Ability to drive outcomes across global teams and time zones.

Responsibilities
- Work with teams across M365 and across the world to continue improving vulnerability management practices at cloud scale.
- Provide PM support on related reporting:
- Identify objectives, key results and success criteria
- Drive architectural white papers and feature roadmaps.
- Assess data quality, report on impacting issues and validate security program health.
- Identify opportunities to improve the process and program.
- Practice a growth mindset with a desire to continually learn and apply new skills.
- Learn and embrace diverse perspectives.
