Parcel Perform is building the next‑gen and AI-first Shipping platform that plugs seamlessly into our customers’ warehouse and order‑fulfilment stack. We are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our growing team. You’ll help merchants and 3PLs sync orders, review line items, configure smart allocation rules, generate carrier labels via API, and return all artefacts to WMS/OMS for printing and packing reliably and at scale. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Develop AI-powered shipping tools that incorporate smart carrier assignment rules, anomaly detection, data checks, and predictive exception handling to improve automation.
• Manage the full shipping and label generation platform from order intake to label creation and data syncing with other systems.
• Set up reliable integrations through defining API and data-exchange standards with clear error handling and monitoring.
• Support carrier integration & partnerships team for integrating with carriers, 3PLs and customer systems by ensuring label APIs, SLAs, and edge-case handling are validated.
• Design smart exception workflows that blend automation, AI agents, and human review for cases like address errors or data issues.
• Support the development and evolution of the product strategy and roadmap through research, discovery, interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
• Measure and communicate impact by tracking key KPIs, running training & demos, close support for GTM teams, and ensure clear and comprehensive alignment across the organisation.
• Work the AI way through applying AI tools, workflows, and lightweight agents to accelerate discovery, specs, test‑data generation, regression checks, and support triage without sacrificing quality.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3–5 years in Product Management (or equivalent), preferably with e‑commerce logistics, supply chain, warehousing/3PL, or carrier integration experience.
• Comfortable in technical conversations: REST APIs, auth, rate limits, webhooks, async messaging, idempotency, pagination, retries; able to read/write JSON payloads and reason about data contracts.
• Experienced with order/fulfilment workflows, shipping rules, label/manifest generation, and returning artefacts to OMS/WMS; familiarity with data mapping and basic EDI concepts is a plus.
• Evidence of research rigour and synthesis: you triangulate customer feedback, usage analytics, and business goals into crisp problem statements and sequenced bets.
• Excellent communication across docs, diagrams, live demos, and async updates in a clear, concise, and outcome‑oriented manner.
• AI‑curious and pragmatic: you are AI-first and actively use AI tools/agents to increase velocity and quality (prompting, test‑case generation, log summarisation, draft specs).
• Owner mindset: proactive, hands‑on, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by impact; you collaborate effectively with Engineering, Data/AI, Design, and GTM teams.
