•   Lead and manage the entire robotics team, setting strategy and overseeing all robotics initiatives.
•   Build and scale a high-performing robotics organization to meet company growth objectives.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align robotics efforts with overall company vision and product goals.
•    Drive innovation to deliver cutting-edge robotics solutions on schedule and at the highest quality.
•    Cultivate a culture of technical excellence, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
•    7 years of experience in robotics engineering, which includes 2+ years in a leadership role in robotics.
•    Proven success in building and managing robotics teams.
•    Deep knowledge of robotics hardware, software, and autonomous systems.    Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and guide a multidisciplinary team.
•    C/C++ code experience.

•    PhD in Robotics or a related technical field.
•     Experience in Spatial AI, autonomous navigation, or computer vision technologies.
•    Background in scaling robotics teams at a startup or high-growth company.
•    Knowledge of robotics manufacturing and supply chain processes.
•    Prior experience working at a startup or small business, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
•    ROS, SLAM, Drone experience
