We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer who is passionate about building reliable, scalable systems and driving innovation in server-side development. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile application backends.
• Build and manage internal websites and in-house programs to support business operations.
• Develop and optimize APIs and server-side systems to ensure performance and scalability.
• Support AI initiatives by implementing model serving and embedding solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, secure, and high-quality software.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Golang.
• Experience with AWS services, including Lambda, EC2, S3, and CloudFront.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with relational databases (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL or MySQL (MariaDB).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in team-based environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional backend development experience.
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or AWS DynamoDB.
• Proven experience in API-based server development, deployment, and operations.
• Prior experience contributing to AI-related development projects.
• Experience managing and scaling cloud-based server infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience working with high-traffic, large-scale systems.
• Hands-on experience using Docker and containerization technologies.
• Interest or background in microservices architecture (MSA).
