What project we have for you

The product we are working on is the big data map compilation/testing/production platform, which is designed to transform the raw geolocation data into a highly optimized proprietary spatial format.

What you will do

• Provide manual product validation according to technical specifications or other requirements documentation.
• Obtain tasks from Tech Lead supervisor and execute them within set deadlines and specified quality objectives.
• Test suites and cases optimization.
• Participate in estimation and planning sessions.
• Contribute to technical project documentation.

What you need for this

• Good knowledge of software testing-related best practices.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and techniques.
• Experience with Linux.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and engineering practices.
• Upper-intermediate or higher written and spoken English.
• Passion for quality.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented and a strong team player.

Will be a plus:

• Hands-on QA experience.
• Experience with continuous integration and source control systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or equivalent.
• Experience in location-based services.
