Right now, we’re looking for a Product UX/UI Designer to join our Creative & Product Design Team to lead end-to-end design of digital experiences across web and mobile, helping shape user journeys that drive conversions, retention, and growth. You will work closely with product managers, marketers, and developers to bring engaging and effective digital interfaces to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user-centric web and mobile interfaces for landing pages, funnels, dashboards, and marketing tools
- Translate business goals and user insights into clean, intuitive, and high-converting designs
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on data and testing
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications
- Maintain and evolve design systems, UI libraries, and visual brand consistency across products
- Stay current with design trends, usability best practices, and performance-driven design strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for both web and mobile platforms
- Proficient in Figma (including design systems), prototyping tools, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of user behavior, wireframing, UX research, and responsive design principles
- Experience working on high-conversion digital products, landing pages, or marketing funnels
- Familiarity with front-end development handoff best practices (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with a user-first mindset
- Collaborative and communicative — able to work closely with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have:
- Analytical and iterative — comfortable using data to inform design decisions
- Proactive, creative, and solutions-driven
- English level of B2 or higher
