We are seeking a Lead Generative AI Engineer to spearhead the design and implementation of scalable, adaptable, and enterprise-grade AI solutions. In this strategic role, you will lead a cross-functional team in delivering both production-ready systems and proof-of-concept (PoC) prototypes that demonstrate the tangible business value of Generative AI.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Python
• Experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Generative AI.
• Expertise in frameworks for building LLM-powered solutions like LangChain, LlamaIndex.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI solution patterns like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Proven experience leading AI projects and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of API integrations, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with AI compliance, explainability, and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of Generative AI solutions
• Architect scalable AI solutions leveraging cutting-edge GenAI technologies and cloud services.
• Oversee AI development lifecycle, from research and prototyping to deployment and optimization.
• Involvement in Presales calls with potential clients
• Mentor a team of AI engineers, establishing best practices and fostering innovation.
• Ensure adherence to AI governance, data privacy, and security standards.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in the AI ecosystem
• Guide architectural decisions while offering technical direction to ensure robust software development outcomes.
