Director Product Management - Protection Services

CUJO AI is seeking a visionary and strategic Director of Product Management to lead our Protection Services product line. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cybersecurity, product management, and team leadership. This role will be pivotal in shaping and executing CUJO AI's roadmap for protection services, ensuring the delivery of cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for CUJO AI's protection

services, aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives.

Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market analysis, customer

feedback, and competitive intelligence.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, research, marketing, sales, and

customer success teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing support.

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer

needs, and competitive positioning within the cybersecurity landscape.

Customer Focus: Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, gathering

insights and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and

requirements gathering to design, development, and release. CUJO LLC, confidential and proprietary shared under NDA

Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, partners, and customers, to communicate product vision, progress, and impact

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field

8+ years of product management experience in the cybersecurity industry

Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling innovative cybersecurity products

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics technologies.

Strong background in Internet technology fundamentals – DNS, DHCP, transport protocols, encryption technologies (TLS, DoH, DoQ, ECH, etc) Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
