Program Manager (PMO) – B2B Sales Strategy & Operations | CEO’s Office

Location - Mumbai (Bombay House, Kala Ghoda, Fort)

🗓 Work Week: 6 Days (Flexibility required; role is likely six days a week)


About the Role

We are seeking a Program Manager – B2B Sales Strategy & Operations to work closely with the CEO Office and senior leadership. This role focuses on program governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking, ensuring visibility and alignment across B2B sales initiatives.


This is not a front-line sales role but a strategic business PMO position designed for someone who has B2B Sales experience which is must and can translate complex business inputs into executive-ready reports and presentations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Structure and design executive-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Consolidate and analyze customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Prepare weekly/quarterly business reports for the CEO Office by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Support senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.


Qualifications & Skills

  • MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Mandatory B2B Sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments).
  • Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
