About The Role
We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to support the development of our Touch Media Center (TMC) platform. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their product career to grow their skills while contributing to a key digital product used across airlines. You’ll work closely with senior product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to help improve the product based on user and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the product team in managing the product backlog and writing user stories.
- Assist in defining and refining product requirements based on input from customers, internal teams, and business goals.
- Help maintain and update the product roadmap with guidance from senior product leads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, tech, operations) to support feature delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Assist in testing new features and gathering user feedback.
- Help document product features, processes, and workflows.
- Support reporting on product performance and development progress.
- Some experience working on digital products, preferably in an Agile environment (e.g. internship, academic project, or 6–12 months work experience).
- Familiarity with product management concepts (roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, MVPs).
- Interest in learning how to build great user experiences through technology.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate.
- Problem-solving mindset and curiosity to learn.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with support from more senior team members.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing, or related area.
- Exposure to tools like Jira, ClickUp, Airtable, or similar is a plus.
- Interest in the media, travel, or technology industries.
