You'll coach at multiple levels, from teams to executives, and partner with stakeholders across Atlassian and customer organisations to embed sustainable change, improve delivery effectiveness, and build high-performing teams. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with a multidisciplinary transformation team (OCMs, Solution Architects, Program Managers, Product Marketing, and Advisory) and be deeply embedded within the customer environment to guide, influence, and uplift capability.

• Design and deliver agile uplift strategies tailored to different maturity levels (team, program, portfolio)
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, discovery sessions, and team health assessments to drive continuous improvement
• Partner with program and product leads to embed agile practices into planning, delivery, and governance rhythms
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping them lead through ambiguity and model agile leadership behaviours
• Support the adoption of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Loom, Rovo) to enhance transparency, flow, and outcomes
• Identify systemic barriers to agility and work collaboratively to address organisational blockers
• Monitor and measure the progress of agile adoption using team health metrics, OKRs, and delivery outcomes
• Contribute to the design and scaling of Atlassian Teamwork practices, embedding them in the customer environment and providing feedback to our team of behavioural scientists.
About You
