The Opportunity:

We’re on the hunt for an experienced Full Stack Web Developer who loves building, maintaining, and optimising high-performance websites.

This is your chance to join a fast-moving agency environment where no two days are the same. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of client websites and internal projects, collaborating with expert teams across design, SEO, and digital strategy.

You’ll be our go-to technical lead, empowered to own the development process end-to-end and deliver truly great digital experiences.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Website Builds & Enhancements: Develop, customise, and maintain websites across CMS (WordPress, Shopify) and custom stacks (e.g., Next.js), including full builds and landing pages.

• API & Systems Integration: Integrate third-party platforms including Stripe, Klaviyo, Zoho Recruit, and other CRMs, marketing automation, or eComm tools.

• UI/UX Implementation: Translate designs into fully responsive, high-converting frontends. Handle everything from layout tweaks to complex UI features.

• Backend Development & Troubleshooting: Manage server-side logic, debug issues, and ensure optimal website performance and uptime.

• Technical SEO & Web Performance: Implement on-page SEO, schema markup, speed optimisation, and address technical issues that impact visibility.

• Website Maintenance & Support: Be the tech backbone for bug fixes, CMS content updates, and site health across our portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years' experience in web development (agency background highly regarded)
• Proficient in HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript
• Experience with modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, Next.js a big plus)
• Backend knowledge (Node.js, PHP or similar)
• Experience integrating APIs and third-party platforms
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a passion for building clean, functional websites
• Ability to manage your time and hit self-set deadlines in a fast-paced environment
