We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our client’s Data Team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting large and complex data sets to strengthen our capabilities in data modelling, reliability, efficiency, and quality.

You will work closely with data engineers, fellow analysts, the data architect, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver insights that drive informed decision-making and business performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business outcomes.

Skill set / Experience needed –

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in analytics, business intelligence, or insights.
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality, accurate, and reliable reporting solutions.
• Strong track record of working effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced skills in SQL with proven experience working on complex queries and data models.
• Proficiency with at least one major data visualisation tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Fabric).
• Experience with the Microsoft BI stack, including Azure SQL DB and Fabric (preferred).
• Experience with DAX and advanced modelling in Power BI (nice to have).
• Design, build, and maintain accurate reports and dashboards that meet business requirements.
• Utilise tools such as SQL (Azure SQL Database), Fabric & Power BI to perform analysis and create reporting solutions.
