Project Manager - ServiceNow Implementation

• Initial 6 month contract with strong potential to extend

• $950-$1000 daily rate

• Sydney-based (flexible hybrid working)

We're partnering with a leading Insurance company who are going through a major ServiceNow implementation, moving from a legacy procurement system onto ServiceNow. We're looking for a Project Manager with strong finance and procurement experience to drive this high-profile project.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee delivery of a ServiceNow implementation, migrating from an old procurement system

• Manage end-to-end project planning, governance, and stakeholder communication

• Collaborate with technical teams, finance, and procurement to ensure smooth delivery

• Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timelines and outcomes are met

• Act as a key liaison between business and technology stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Project Manager on large-scale system implementations (ServiceNow experience highly desirable)

• Strong finance knowledge, particularly around invoice processing

• Understanding of the procurement lifecycle and associated processes

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and deliver outcomes under pressure
