Software Engineer

We are partnering with a fast-growing international company that is transforming how businesses operate by leveraging automation and technology. They are looking for a Software Developer with strong expertise in workflow automation and integrations to join their global team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, building scalable systems, and working at the intersection of technology and business processes.

Role Overview

As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline processes, integrate platforms, and provide actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize workflow automations across Airtable, ClickUp, and other productivity tools
Design and manage advanced Airtable databases including custom fields, views, automations, and permissions
Build and maintain integrations using Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, and other low-code platforms
Work with APIs and webhooks to implement custom integrations, troubleshoot, and debug issues
Develop e-commerce integrations with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify for reporting, inventory, and performance workflows
Create dashboards to track performance metrics and deliver real-time business insights
Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance automation scalability

Requirements

Proven experience in workflow automation (Zapier, Make, n8n, Airtable, ClickUp)
Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, and webhook management
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify)
Knowledge of database design and management in no-code/low-code environments
Ability to design dashboards and reporting systems for data-driven decision making
Basic programming skills in JavaScript or Python to support custom scripts and integrations
Strong problem-solving mindset, detail orientation, and ability to work independently

Nice-to-Have

Experience with serverless platforms (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions)
Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Understanding of ETL, data pipelines, and advanced database management
