We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer to join a collaborative and mission-driven team developing innovative web and business applications. In this role, you will work across the full stack—designing, building, and maintaining scalable features while driving technical decisions that shape the product's future. You will collaborate closely with U.S.-based colleagues, contributing to a dynamic environment that values creativity, quality, and impact. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using C# and .NET Core
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support scalable and secure functionality
- Integrate third-party services to enhance application features
- Write clear technical documentation for code, APIs, and processes
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code to ensure reliability
- Contribute to architectural decisions and enforce best development practices
- Collaborate within an Agile team to deliver high-quality, user-focused solutions
- 5+ years of experience as a Fullstack Developer with C# and .NET Core
- Strong SQL expertise with databases like PostgreSQL and SQL Server
- Proven experience building modern UIs with React
- Solid understanding of RESTful API development and third-party integrations
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
- Experience using Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns, Agile methodologies, and unit testing
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and version control systems (Git/GitHub)
- Advanced English communication skills
