Job Title: Senior CPG Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a high-quality CPG Graphic Designer with deep expertise in Email Marketing design to join our email marketing design agency (US-based).

Our client's agency specializes in delivering Klaviyo email marketing solutions, and we need a designer who can transform brand messaging into visually engaging, conversion-focused emails.

This role is part-time to start (approx. 15 hours/week), with flexible working hours. You’ll collaborate with our internal team and clients to design, refine, and implement compelling email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Email Design in Figma: Create visually polished and brand-consistent email designs that drive engagement and conversions.
• Feedback Implementation: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the agency team and clients.
• Klaviyo Uploads: Upload finalized designs into Klaviyo, ensuring accurate formatting and functionality across devices.
• Quality Assurance: Check designs for mobile/desktop responsiveness, accessibility, and overall performance best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of email design work, ideally for e-commerce or digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in Figma (email templates, layouts, and design systems).
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and branding in the context of email marketing.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect, high-quality designs.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for email marketing agencies or e-commerce brands.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices (conversion optimization, CTAs, visual flow).
• Familiarity with Klaviyo for email (not required, but a plus).
