On the other, we co-create and invest in (often tech-driven) start-ups within our group. The Role

As a Product Developer with a focus on UI/UX Design, you’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team working on cutting-edge digital products. You’re responsible for translating user needs into clear, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces. With your background in product development, you bring both aesthetic value and functional depth to the table.

You will

• Work on internal projects and startups within the Amotek group
• Conduct UX research to identify user needs and pain points
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders from concept to launch
• Be in possession of a driving license (B)

Your Profile

• You have a Master’s in Product Development or an equivalent field
• Ideally, you have 1–2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Developer
• You’re creative, conceptually strong, and user-focused
• You’re skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms
• You can work independently and bring a proactive mindset
• You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English
• Affinity with digital products and basic development knowledge is a plus
