Product Manager is a critical role for Luminor’s success to drive product development agenda and achieve a competitive offering in the market. This role holds full end to end responsibility (incl. P/L) for an assigned product domain also drives implementation of the best practices for product development in the company.
What You Will Do:
- Product related support for front and back office
- Product and/or system related trainings (need based one-time trainings, not regular)
- Complaint handling according to the respective procedure
- Implementation of improvements and changes driven, required by the business need or regulators
- Closing audit, compliance gaps
- Delivery of unified, simplified Baltic product procedures and templates
- Chosen State guarantee management – implementing State guarantees or subsidies and support running the schemes
- Consistent product processes efficiency monitoring and improvement – identify and/or implement identified efficiency gain projects
- Act as First Among Equal coordinating respective area projects, initiatives across Baltics
- Run leasing area overall non- IT projects, initiatives
- Understanding of Leasing area, processes, IT systems and Baltic market
- Financial analysis and assessment of credit risks for corporates and household customers
- Good negotiation and presentation skills. Ability to coordinate and run cross-country/function projects, involving many stakeholders
- Analytical thinking and ability to make decisions quickly
- Thoroughness, accuracy and accountability with Customer focus
- Initiative to learn quickly new tasks and innovation mindset in general
- Higher education in Economics, Banking, Legal or similar field
- Basic understanding of Jira and Confluence tools would be considered as an advantage
- Fluent English and Estonian are required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
